In a carefree world, Black Friday is known as a day of discounts in retail and online trade, which initiates and boosts the Christmas shopping season. In war-torn Ukraine, where the energy supply has suffered massive damage in many places, the term currently has a different and thoughtful meaning. For days and weeks there have been massive blackouts. Black Monday to Black Sunday is often here reality for many people in need and that especially in the cold winter. Christmas is the feast of charity. Let us set a sign! Help is needed more than ever. In order to alleviate the suffering of the people, especially children, caused by the lack of electricity, Science4People has started a campaign to collect donations for accumulators. These can be used to keep small electronic devices running during power outages. A donation has not been able to make such a difference in a long time. Thanks to the help of our supporters, the first devices are already on their way to Ukraine to bring light and warmth, especially now at Christmas. But many more are needed!
