Recently, we were thrilled to support a lively table tennis tournament at the Batiovo Cultural Center, organized on the ground by our local partner, Tabula Rasa for the Future Generation. It was a fun and energetic afternoon that brought together children, adults, and everyone in between who loves the game.
The matches were full of excitement, playful competition, and sportsmanship. Seeing participants cheer each other on reminded us why events like this matter: sport connects people, promotes healthy activity, and strengthens community.
A particular highlight for us was seeing our founder, Professor Ferenc Krausz, join the games personally. His participation demonstrated his support for S4P’s mission and inspired everyone present, showing that being part of a community and having fun together is just as important as competition.
Even with a modest number of participants, the day proved how powerful local initiatives and partnerships can be. We are grateful to everyone who played, cheered, and contributed to such a vibrant atmosphere, and we can’t wait to continue supporting similar events that bring people together, promote activity, and create lasting connections.
