Active in Ukraine’s civil society and project management sectors, Mykola brings his skills to Science4People, helping to strengthen the team’s work in supporting youth.
His professional background includes work with IOM – UN Migration, Kyiv Dialogue, and other international initiatives, where he focused on strengthening community resilience and coordinating humanitarian responses.
“For me, working at Science4People is an opportunity to use my experience in coordination and innovation for real change. We are here to give young people the tools for development, despite all the challenges of the war,” says Mykola.
Alongside his project work, he is passionate about implementing digital tools in the nonprofit sector to create social impact. At Science4People, Mykola supports the local Tabula Rasa team in building organizational capacity, contributing to sustainable structures that empower young people and foster long-term development.
