As soon as peace is restored in Ukraine, the Russian funds frozen in Europe should be used to rebuild the devastated country. This is the demand of 131 Nobel Prize winners - which can be viewed on the new website www.peace4europa.org. Anyone wishing to join this petition can now sign directly on the website.
